Reliable support system for rehabilitation
The Lode Body Weight Support System (BWSS) is especially developed to support patients that are not able to walk independently. They need support in order to be able to learn how to walk again. The Lode BWSS is the perfect product to enable this. During the training session, the patient weight can be supported accurately up to 80 kg, allowing a broad range of patients to use the system. The compensation weight can easily be adjusted with a remote control. The weight is compensated through a Unique use of spring combinations, which is a breakthrough and provides the most stable compensation system. This system is suitable for treadmills with a maximum walking surface width of 60 cm. It is standard supplied with a harness size M.
The height of the product is suitable for normal rooms (from 2,5 meters). For higher rooms you may consider to order height adjustment parts to enable use by taller patients. This will increase the height with 18 cm.
Patients who have to learn how to walk again can be anxious. The BWSS offers various tools to take away this anxiety. Safety is one of the most important aspects and why a fall- stop comes as standard with the system. In case a patient impends to fall, the fall- stop will make sure that the patient remain in the system and not be injured. Patients in the process of learning to walk again are often mobile through a wheelchair, with the optional entrance plate the patient can be placed on the treadmill in the wheelchair. The harness can easily be taken on by sitting patient. Then the patient can stand up directly from the wheelchair with support of the BWSS thanks to the lifing function. This function is suitable for patients up to 160 kg. Now the patient can start the therapy without much effort.
The comfortable harness is especially made for Lode to guarantee a comfortable fitting for the patient. The patient will not be burdened by the compensation weight, enabling the most comfortable way of rehabilitation. The harness is available in various sizes: small, standard and extra large. The different sizes are also color codes making it easy and click to find the correct size on the harness.

Medisorb™ CO2 Absorbent
The Medisorb™ CO2 absorbent product line supports GE Healthcare anesthesia machines. Available in a wide range of sizes and styles, it is specifically designed to help change out absorbers simply. It is also available in a low-alkaline formulation, Medisorb™ EF.
As Medisorb™ soda lime becomes exhausted, it changes colour from white to violet. With the Medisorb™ EF EX, this colour change is longer lasting, thus helping to identify previously used absorbent. The Medisorb™ EF EX will also turn violet if desiccated. Note: Colour indication is not a definitive guide to remaining absorbent life and should always be used in conjunction with CO2 monitoring.
